Returns & Refunds Policy
Plain Stock Orders
Orders for plain, unprinted products may be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In a resalable condition
Please note:
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer
Before returning any items, please contact us so we can provide the correct return address and return instructions.
Personalised & Printed Products
Products that have been custom printed, engraved, or otherwise personalised cannot be returned or refunded.
These items are classed as bespoke goods produced to the customer's specifications and cannot be resold.
This includes products with:
- Printed logos
- Custom artwork
- Personalised text
- Custom colours or finishes
Once production has started on personalised items, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
Artwork Approval
For branded orders, customers will normally receive an artwork proof or visual before production.
By approving the artwork proof, the customer confirms that:
- All artwork, spelling and layout are correct
- The design and positioning are approved for production
Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
Please note that colours may vary slightly between digital proofs and final printed products due to differences between screen displays and printing processes.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If goods arrive damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
If you believe goods are faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the items.
We may request photographs of the items and packaging to help assess the issue.
Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the affected items
- Re-printing of the products
- A refund for the affected goods
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
If returned items are found to be:
- Used
- Damaged after delivery
- Not in a resalable condition
we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the goods to the sender.
Important Notes
As many of our products are custom made to order, we strongly recommend carefully checking artwork proofs and order details before approval.
